Barry St. Clair - Founder & President
Dr. Barry St. Clair created Parent Fuel to equip parents to love God with all their hearts and to lead their kids to do the same.
Barry, a father and grandfather, practically encourages parents through his own trials and triumphs and guides parents to invest in their most important relationships - with Christ and their kids.
Barry desires to influence as many as possible in the younger generation to follow Jesus. As founder and president of Reach Out Youth Solutions, he has been on the cutting edge of youth ministry for over thirty countries. Through his leadership, thousands of churches have implemented strategies for Jesus-Focused youth ministry. He is the author of more than twenty-five books, including Parent Fuel. Barry played basketball for the third-ranked team in the nation, and he has run the Boston Marathon. He and his wife, Lawanna, have five married children, twelve grandchildren and live in Atlanta, Georgia.
Randy Riggins - International President
Randy Riggins envisions students around the world walking with Jesus. As Reach Out’s International President, Randy guides our country leaders and country teams, who then train youth leaders in Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry (JFYM). Randy has played a significant role with Reach Out for 16 years.
He has coached and mentored youth leaders both nationally and internationally. As a student, family and missions pastor, he implemented JFYM in several churches, led over 60 mission trips, and equipped parents in Parent Fuel. He is both an author and a speaker to leaders and students. Randy graduated from Baylor University and Southwestern Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Holly, have five children and live in Flower Mound, Texas.
